Is an evidence-based therapeutic approach that focuses on identifying patterns in your thoughts and your behaviour that are not helping you achieve your goals.
Through a series of techniques and strategies, you can learn how to change those patterns in a sustainable way.

Compassion-Focused
Therapy (CFT)

Is a form of therapy that was developed for people who have mental health problems primarily linked to high shame and criticism.
This form of therapy teaches you how to develop and nurture self-compassion to better regulate your emotions.

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)

Is a structured therapy that guides the person to briefly focus on the traumatic memory while experiencing bilateral stimulation (typically eye movements) as a way of reducing the vividness and the emotions associated with the trauma. EMDR has been demonstrated to be an effective treatment for Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), anxiety, depression, and other distressing life experiences.

Clinical Supervision

This is for mental health professionals who want to hone their skills and get support with complex cases.
