Therapy with Dakota

Are you feeling stuck or unsettled in areas of your life? Struggling with anxiety, depression, low energy/mood and self worth? Roadblocks in your relationships or career? Repeating cycles? Are you a narcissistic abuse survivor? Struggling to manage ADHD in your day to day life? Let's work together, side by side to re-connect to your authentic self, so YOU take YOUR story back and feel more present!

Is your child struggling or seems disconnected and lost in their day to day? Is there constant arguing or impulsive behaviours at home or school? Is your family simply going through a change, and you're not sure the best way to support your child through this? We can work together to celebrate your child's strengths and develop safe and positive coping skills.

Trust and fostering safety is one of my main priorities for my clients. This is a safe space to talk, to be the real you. Empathy is at the centre of the work we will do together to stop repeating the same cycles and expanding your skills to cope and end unhealthy or harmful patterns. Let's get to know the real you, the authentic you again!
