Therapy with Chelsie

Life can come with its share of challenges which can create feelings of overwhelm, stress, and hopelessness.

In my work I use an individualized, strength-based, and collaborative approach to understand your experiences and goals for therapy. I implement an integrative approach by combining various therapeutic modalities to meet your unique needs.

My goal is to provide clients with a warm, safe, and judgement-free space where they can feel understood and empowered to navigate challenges.
